Wilma Page Raughley, 90, of Manchester died Monday, October 25, 2010 at the Warm 
Springs Nursing Home. Memorial services will be announced later. Mrs. Raughley was 
born October 2, 1920 in Americus, GA the daughter of Hugh Smisson Page and Gladys 
Simpson Page. She moved here ten years ago from Flagler Beach, FL to be near her 
daughter. While in Flagler Beach, she was active in the Womans Club and the 
Idlewilde Club. Mrs. Raughley was the widow of William C. Raughley, Jr. She is 
survived by her daughter, Anne Raughley of Shiloh. Cox Funeral Home, Manchester in
