In 1850, Lydia lived in West Bradford Twp., Chester Co., Pa. In 1900, she lived at the 
Barclay House in West Chester, Pa. Lydia was "particularly appreciative of little favors 
received and careful to express her gratitude for them, and her many deeds of 
kindness are now gratefully remembered by those with whom she left a savor of good". 
(81 The Friend 184 (1908)). Lydia did not marry. She died after an illness of several 
weeks.

In 1850 census she is living in household of Merrick and Beulah Embree. Recall that 
Merrick is a grandson of Zillah Maule Walker through her second marriage. Margaret 
and Elizabeth are not there. It shows her middle initial as A.
In 1860 census, she appears as Lydia A. Tucker, in household of Lewis Embree. Her 
sisters are not there.
Cannot find her in 1870 census.
In 1880 census she is in Marshallton, living alone. Up the street is Rachel Phillips 
(nee Rachel Maule), living with a servant.
In 1900 census she is in West Chester, a boarder. Middle initial is "M"
death cert (in files) lived Barclay Home, 11 W Chestnut, West Chester, Pa., does not 
give day of birth
