not the Charles Edward Noland in Baltimore b/c in 1900 census he appears in 
Baltimore.
Noland Fam Tree on ancestry, but shows father as James William Noland b 8 Sep 
1859 Cape Girardeau Co., Mo., d 6 Feb 1931 Cape Girardeau Co., Mo., and has HIS 
parents as William Carol Noland and Permelia Catherine Garner. Shows James as 
married to Cornelia Dora McClard, who died in 1900 and had children from 1879 
through 1897, and also to "Jennie A" with Charles E and Leigh R. Very confusing and 
clearly incorrect
