Mitchell & Tyler of Richmond. This is the firm for which his father worked. They were 
jewelers and military outfitters but not manufacturers. Names found most often on bacl 
of Va. State seal buttons, and also swords. William added etched designs to the 
blades of undecorated swords. Also did same work for Boyle & Gamble.
