BOWEN Irene - Oneita Bowen92, Born Feb. 9, 1914, Upland Indiana where she 
graduated from Grant County High School and Anderson Business College. She is 
preceded in death by parents Bert R. and Ina Moon Gibson, brother, Wayne Gibson 
and daughter Sharen R. Rose and husband Rev. Harold K. Bowen. Irene taught Piano 
and Sunday School most of her life and with her husband were youth counselors at 
Murray Hill Methodist Church. She was a loving stay at home mother for daughters 
Janice Dudley, Jeri Roberts, and Sharon Rose. With one Grand daughter Holly 
Roberts Orange Park, five Grand Sons: Tony Peavy Pelion S.C. , Aaron Peavy And 
Chris White Lake Hills Texas, Kenneth Beasley Pine Hills N.J. , and Jordan Roberts 
Orange Park And Ten Great Grandchildren. Irene will be missed by All. Visitation was 
held on yesterday and funeral services will be held tonight November 24, 2006 from 
6:00 till 8:00 pm at HARDAGEGIDDENS EDGEWOOD FUNERAL HOME, 729 S.
