Elizabeth A. Booth, 87 
DUDLEY Elizabeth A. Booth, 87, of 45 Northwest Schoolhouse Rd., died Saturday, 
Aug. 6th, in the Harrington Memorial Hospital, Southbridge, after an illness. 

 She leaves a brother, George Booth of Palmer; three nephews, Richard Booth of 
Newbury, Kenneth Booth of Derry, NH, and Glenn Biron of Costa Mesa, CA; and two 
nieces, Joann Mattarazo of Londonderry, NH, and Mary Lou Maillette of Gainesville, 
TX. She was the sister of the late Harold Booth, Maude Biron, Rose Brady Sheeran, 
and Harriet Booth; and long time companion of the late Stanley Pikul. She was born in 
Brimfield the daughter of Howard E. and Alice (Sherman) Booth. 

 She was a 1936 graduate of the Hitchcock Free Academy in Brimfield, and was a lens 
worker at the American Optical Co. in Southbridge for over 25 years. She enjoyed 
making holiday crafts for friends and neighbors; was known for her sharp wit and 
sense of humor; was a passionate Red Sox fan; and was a good friend to many. 

 A graveside service will be held on Friday, Aug. 12, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the Brimfield 
Cemetery, Wales Rd. (Rte. 19), Brimfield. There are no calling hours. Arrangements 
are under the direction of the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, Southbridge.
