1981 book:
	Graham was a widely known bankruptcy referee, serving from 1938 until 
June 1953, was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, and was Democratic 
candidate for the United States Senate in 1928. He was active in the fight against 
prohibition, counsel for the Drake Committee which investigated graft and corruption 
in Hamilton Co., Ohio, and played a role in the Charter movement.
	Graham attended Harvard University and the Cincinnati Law School, and 
was admitted to the bar in 1898. He was a member of the law firm of Mouliner, 
Bettman, and Hunt. He also was a member of the American Bar Association, Cincinnati 
Bar Association, Harvard Club, Lawyers Club, Cincinnati Country Club, and Queen City 
Club.
	At his death, Graham was described in a newspaper editorial tribute as a 
"firm believer in and fighter for both personal liberty and good government" and as a 
"raconteur, an arguer, and a man of deep and persuading convictions" with a "warm 
and loyal heart, lodged in a body whose hand was always extended in help."
Graham died at his home, 164 Glenmary Avenue in Cincinnati.
