WISNER, MATTIE CAROLYN, 84, of Tampa, died Tuesday (Nov. 8, 1994) in Tampa. 
She was born in Marco Island an came here more than 50 years ago. She was a 
supervisor for the Tampa Recreation Department, where she was employed 26 years. 
She was a member of Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church. Survivors include a sister, 
America O. Tradnack, Tampa; a brother, Raymond Allen Stephens, New Port Richey; 
two nephews; and two nieces. Mark III Family Funeral Home, Bay to Bay Chapel, 
Tampa.
