David John Doll, age 50, passed away at his home in Mishawaka on Saturday, 
October 22, 2016. David was born February 11, 1966 in Mishawaka to Bernard J. Doll 
Sr. and Margie Robertson Doll. He graduated from Beiger Middle School and 
Mishawaka High School, where he played football. On October 31, 2014, he married 
Paula Peterson in Mishawaka.
Paula survives, along with his mother Margie, both of Mishawaka. Also surviving is his 
step-son, Lucas Peterson, his half-brothers Randy (Tami Holland) Robertson, Rick 
(Carol) Robertson & Bernard (Alice) Doll Jr., his half-sisters Judith Doll and Suzanne 
(Terry) Harlin and his former sister-in-law Rita Robertson. David was preceded in 
death by his father, Bernard Doll Sr. & his half-sister Sheryl (Urbin) Robertson
There will be a time to celebrate and share stories of David’s life on Sunday, October 
30, 2016 from 1-4 pm at his home in Mishawaka. Elkhart Cremation Service is assisting 
with arrangements.
David was employed for many years as a groundskeeper for the South Bend City golf 
courses, and prior to his illness worked at Whispering Pines Golf Course in Walkerton. 
He was a gentle spirit with a unique sense of humor and a love of music.

Fulghum. David found that with Paula. He will be deeply missed.
