Arthur was the son of Loren A and Eliza D Howland Brown. Loren was born in Batavia, 
New York and Eliza was born in Ohio. He was married in Lucas County to Bertha 
Frederick on 12 May 1880 by H M McCracken, MG. He made his living as an 
insurance agent for Ridley Prackwise Co.

Arthur and Bertha were the parents of Myrtle M and Olive B

Arthur died from pernicious anemia in his home at 279 E Broadway at the age of 66 
years, 6 months and 19 days
