A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 1997, in Assumption Catholic 
Church for Wilbur L. ''Will'' Kenney, who died of complications from lung cancer Oct. 2 
at age 67. 

 Mr. Kenney was born Dec. 21, 1929, in Denver. He served in the U.S. Navy from 
1951-55. Later, he was an engineer for the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Army Corps 
of Engineers, retiring in 1995. In 1988, he married Cherri Howe. 

 Surviving are his wife; son, Alexander of Portland; daughters, Dexine Dixon and 
Verlene Crawford, both of California, and Janice Rittenmire of Hawaii; brothers, Gerald 
of Boardman and Donald of San Marcos, Calif.; and six grandchildren. 

 Disposition is by cremation. The family suggests remembrances to the American 
Cancer Society, Oregon chapter, or the Oregon Humane Society. Arrangements are by 
Hustad Funeral Home.
