From obituary in the Great Falls Tribune, 7 Jul 2000:

Bill Jones, 70, died in a Kalispell care center of cancer. Bill was born in 
Washburn,ND. The family moved to Cut Bank when he was young; graduating from 
Cut Bank High School in 1948. He joined the US Navy for 2 yrs. He worked in the 
Canadian oilfields for many years; later moving to Louisiana where he worked on 
offshore drilling rigs.

He and his wife, Irene, moved back to Montana in the 1970s to be near family. he 
worked for Semitool for the last 12 yrs. 

His wife predeceased him. He is survived by a sister, Jacky Severson, of Sun City, 
AZ.
