Harold was the eldest of the three children of John Lewis and Florence A. (Happ) 
Pixley. He married Elinor B. Usher in 1928 and they had two children.

"Sunday, January 4, 2004 in his 99th year. Predeceased by his wife, Elinor U. Pixley. 
Survived by 2 children, Arthur (Dorothy) Pixley and Nancy (Jerry) Huffman; 3 
grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Harold was a 
Spencerport for 65 years and Life Member of Damascus Temple. He was also a 
member of the Shrine Clown Unit and Scottish Rite. Retired from Eastman Kodak 
Camera Works in 1968 after 40 years of service. Friends are invited to his Memorial 
Service and Masonic Service, Friday 2:00 P.M. at the First Presbyterian Church of 
Chili, 3600 Chili Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 
2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607-1460 or to The First Presbyterian Church of 
Chili Memorial Fund, 3600 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY 14624. Arrangements by the Leo 
M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home."
