Delores Quayle, 78, of Altamont, and formerly of St. Peter, died at 10:10 a.m. on 
Saturday at Lutheran Care Center in Altamont.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in rural 
Shobonier, with the Rev. David Hoehler officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. 
Visitation was held two hour prior to service. Pagel Funeral Home was in charge of 
arrangements. Memorials: St. Paul's Lutheran Church building fund or Immanuel 
Lutheran Church building fund in Altamont.

Mrs. Quayle was born on Dec. 17, 1932, in St. Peter, the daughter of Christ and 
Evelyn Pries Hoehne. She married Hugo Schroeder on Oct. 1, 1950, in St. Peter; he 
died on June 15, 1982. She married Paul Quayle on April 24, 1987; he died on April 
26, 2000.

She is survived by a son, Bob Schroeder and his wife Millie of Shobonier; and 
daughter, Joyce and her husband Gary Winter of Altamont.
