"HEMLOCK - Hemlock, Sept. 20 - Mrs. Parley Thomas, formerly Miss Mollie 
Wrigglesworth of this place, died at her home in Breckenridge September 14. Mr. 
Thomas' boyhood days were all spent in Hemlock. He was a merchant here for a 
number of years and has a lot of friends. The deceased also leaves two daughters. 
The funeral took place Sunday afternoon. E. E. Smith and wife, H. E. Whitney and 
wife, W. Noland and wife, Verne and Mrs. F. Thomas, Jerry and Mrs. Richard, Mrs. 
Chute, Miss Lizzie Markle, Mrs. Arminda Thomas and Mrs. J. Ault, Mr. and Mrs. H. 
Markle of this place, attended the funeral."

NOTE: Maiden name spelled Wrigglesworth on obituary and on Michigan marriage 
record (marriage in Saginaw, Michigan on 3 May 1894).
