My cousin Judy died unexpectedly on Monday. She was very proud of her heritage 
dating back to the Salem witch trials. I believe she was related twice, to Sheriff 
Corwin as well as to Thomas Maule. Judy's mother, Dorothy Maule, was a nurse 
working stateside during WWII when she contracted TB. The treatment, penicillan, 
had been diverted to the war effort. According to her daughter, Dorothy died in 
Trudeau Institute, a sanatorium in Saranac Lake NY, one month before the penicillan 
which could have saved her became available again in the US. Dorothy's DOD: 11 
Jun 1945.
