CARLTON CARTER, age 84, of Manassas, VA died Thursday, April 3, 2003 at 
Annaburg Manor, Manassas.

Mr. Carter was born in Manassas, VA. He was the son of the late Sherwood and 
Gertrude Holland Carter. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during World War 
II.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Nell C. Carter, two children, Wayne Carlton 
Carter, of Dunnsville, VA and Wanda Lorraine Cohen, of Ashburn, VA and four 
grandchildren, Stephen Long, Christopher Long, Kelley Carter and Kimberly Jacobs 
and 3 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, Sunday, April 6, 2003 at Price 
Funeral Home, 9609 Center St., Manassas where funeral services will be held 11:00 
AM, Monday, April 7, 2003. Interment will follow at Hixson Cemetery, Manassas.

Methodist Church, 9750 Wellington Rd., Manassas, VA 20110 or Hospice of Northern
