Oct 5 1866 Baltimore Sun "Griffith, on the 3d instant, Levi P. Griffith, consort of the 
late Mary A. Griffith, aged 57 years. His funeral will take place from the residence of 
his son-in-law Thomas Gallagher, southwest corner of Paca and Saratoga Streets, this 
(Friday) morning, at half-past eleven o'clock. His male friends are respectfully invited 
to attend."
The only Thomas Gallager I find in Baltimore is married to an Ann Maria, 36 in 1870 (b 
1833) ... Thomas is boot mfr (Levi was shoemaker), ch Charles M 18., Mary A 13, 
Anna 4, Thomas 2 all b Md. There is a marriage of a Thomas Gallagher to Ann M. 
Griffeth, 10 Dec 1849, Baltimore, in the IGI
so that would explain why she isn't on the census. But if they md  Sep 1831, she is 
born June 1832, only 17.5 when married. Hmm.
