PERKINS, Thomas -- Beloved husband, father, brother and son passed away at his 
home in Los Gatos, CA on March 21, 2003, following a long illness. He is survived by 
his wife Edie Perkins, sons Harris and Connor Perkins, sister Jan Perkins, brother Bill 
Perkins, mother Mary Perkins and a loving community of friends. Tom was a 
successful attorney, avid reader, fabulous chef and connoisseur of fine wines. He 
loved dining and dancing under the stars. He lived a fulfilling life that he led with 
honesty, humor, integrity and an unyielding dedication to providing for his family's 
happiness. He was a fine, generous man who genuinely touched all who knew him. A 
memorial service is planned on April 3, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Rinconada Hills 
Clubhouse, 100 Avenida Del Sol, Los Gatos. 408 374-3895. In lieu of flowers please 
make donations in Tom's memory to Hospice of the Valley, 1150 So. Bascom Ave., 
Suite 7A, San Jose, CA 95128-3509
