Doris Rhea Larson 
A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006, in Parkrose United 
Methodist Church for Doris Rhea Larson, who died Jan. 2 at age 76. 

 Doris Walker was born Jan. 21, 1929, in Gallup, N.M. She graduated from the 
University of Colorado at Greeley and as a young woman moved to Portland, where 
she was an administrative assistant and school secretary for Portland Public Schools. 
In 1947, she married Vernon; he died in 1996. 

 Survivors include her daughters, Debra and Lorie; sons, Randy and Ronald; and eight 
grandchildren.
