I checked my birthrates for Alonzo C.P. Boyce. I have him born in 1833 although some 
records say 1832 0r even 1829. I have concluded that he was born to Elijah and Mary 
Ewing but raised by Margaret Rayford. I believe that there were later children born to 
Elijah and Margaret. I cannot explain the amount of time between the births of Lyman 
and Harvey and Alonzo except that perhaps others died.
