In re Adoption of Knipper, C-850295 Ct App Ohio 26 Mar 1986, a James R and Nelva J 
Knipper adopted a child born to a girl who through a mutual friend found Constance 
Carr, their daughter, to care for the child. Child's mother objected to adoption because 
of lack of  notice, prevailed.
Later case In Re Knipper 39 Ohio App 3d 35 (1987) Girl's name is Susan Butterworth. 
Child is James Raymond Faulkner a/k/a James Raymond Knipper. Temporary custody 
had been granted in 1977, adoption in 1980. In 1985, decree vacated for a defect in 
service, aff'd by this court. Knippers then filed again fo temporary custody, granted, 
appealed. On appeal 1977 temporary custody order remains in effect.
