Services Friday for Mrs. Cora Sanders

Funeral rites for Mrs. Cora Sanders, 74, wife of Edd Sanders, of Shelbyville, will be 
held at 2pm Friday at the Fenns Christian Church in Shelby county, with burial in the 
Lewis Creek Baptist Cemetery.

Born in Versailles July 27, 1869, she was the daughter of John and Sarah Hurt Kelley.  
She was married to Floyd McCarty, to which union two children were born.  Mr. 
McCarty died Aug 29, 1894.  Later she was married to Edd Sanders, their marriage 
taking place in 1901.  Mrs. Sanders was a member of the Fenns Christian church and 
the Shelbyville Rebekah lodge.
