Cecil Bennie Clark 
Two Worlds Drive 

 Cecil Bennie "C.B." Clark, 81, of Two Worlds Drive died Friday, April 2, 1999, at 
Columbus Health and Rehabilitation Center. 

 Mr. Clark was a technical writer at Cummins Engine Co. for 35 years, retiring in 1979. 
He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Columbus Elks Lodge and 
Cummins Retired Employees and Kin Club. He was a former member of Edinburgh 
Masonic Lodge and an Army veteran of World War II. 

 Memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Myers Funeral Service, 
Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street, with the Rev. Allan K. Wilson officiating. 
Calling will be from 9 a.m. until service time Monday. 

 Inurnment will be at a later date at Garland Brook Cemetery. 

 Memorials may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or Hospice of 
Bartholomew County. 

 Mr. Clark was born in Bartholomew County May 21, 1917, the son of Albert R. and Ida 
F. Rairdon Clark. 

 He married Ruth B. Walesby Jan. 20, 1945, in Columbus. She survives. 

 Other survivors include a daughter, Cynthia Jane Tanner of Lafayette; a son, Richard 
A. Clark of Columbus; a sister, Marie C. Hall of Columbus; and grandchildren, Richard 
C. Tanner of Indianapolis, Scott A. and James Eric Tanner, both of Lafayette, and 
Elizabeth Clark of Columbus. 

 He was preceded in death by brothers, Albert R. and Floyd R. Clark; and sisters, 
Laura M. Heflin and Portia M. Clark.

Cecil Bennie Clark

Memorial service for Cecil Bennie "C.B." Clark, 81, of Two Worlds Drive was 
conducted Monday by Myers Funeral Service, Hathaway-Myers Chapel, with the Rev. 
Allan K. Wilson officiating. Shirley Day was organist.

Mr. Clark died Friday, April 2, 1999, at Columbus Health and Rehabilitation Center.
