Gas City - Funeral services for Hal D. Wright, 62, Gas City, will be held Thursday at 
the Jay, Swift and Storey Funeral Home, Gas City. The Rev. Joseph Stump will 
officiate and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. 
Mr. Wright, A life resident of Grant County, died suddenly Monday after becoming ill at 
his home. 
Mr. Wright was the owner of Wright Finance Co., in Jonesboro. He was a member of 
the Kiwanis Club and Veterans of Foreign Wars in Gas City, Marion Elks Lodge and 
Jonesboro American Legion. He was a veteran of World War II. 
Surviving are the widow, Lucille; three brothers, Fred, Gas City, Jim, Oakland, Calif., 
and Lawrence, Los Angeles, and one sister, Mrs. Elnora Franz, Marion.
