EUGENE A. KASTNER, 69, 345 Palo Verde Drive, Leesburg, died Friday, July 9. Mr. 
Kastner was a retired civil engineer for LeWare Construction, Leesburg. Born in 
Sheboygan, Wis., he moved to Central Florida in 1976. A member of St. Paul's 
Catholic Church, Leesburg, he also belonged to the Lake County Pollution Board. He 
was vice president of Habitat for Humanity, Leesburg. He was a Navy veteran of 
World War II. Survivors: wife, Betsiann ''Pat''; son, Stephen, Door County, Wis.; 
stepsons, Richard C . Zeinemann, Tucson, Ariz., Dr. John Zeinemann, Madison, Wis., 
Tom F. Zeinemann, Lake Orion, Mich.; brother, William, Sheboygan; sister, Judith
