PAINESVILLE — Viola I. Storey, age 95, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012, at 
Homestead II Nursing Home in Painesville.

 The daughter of Albert and May (Palecek) Manley was born on Oct. 30, 1916, in 
Painesville.

 A lifetime resident of Lake County, Viola worked for various companies including IRC 
Fibers, Wayside Gardens and The Dinner Bell Restaurant.

 She was a member of Salvation Army where she volunteered her time to several 
programs. She enjoyed crocheting, playing cards and sewing.

 She is survived by her sons, David Heath and Albert (Jodi) Heath, both of Painesville 
Township; daughters, Barbara Brown and Patty Combs, both of Madison; numerous 
grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, William 
Manley of Springfield, Pa.; sister, Grace DeGraff of Painesville; and very special and 
close friend, Johnny Palumbo of Painesville.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin D. Storey; a son, Fred Heath; her 
parents; brothers, Robert, James and Edgar Manley; and sisters, Mabel Heming, Helen 
Sanders, Evelyn Farrell, Bertha Abrams and Dorothy Sinkovich.

Graveside Services will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, March 6th, at Riverside Cemetery in 
Painesville.

 Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, at SPEAR-MULQUEENY 
FUNERAL HOME, 667 Mentor Ave., Painesville.
