Mrs. Robert D. LaFever, 70, 1010 North Main, died Thursday at South Hospital. Born 
May 9, 1903, at Brownell, she was married to William Parmley, Oct. 7, 1922. He died 
June 8, 1945. She then married Jesse Oswalt, Oct 13, 1944. He died Feb. 9, 1948. 
She than married Robert D. LaFever, Sept. 2, 1950, at Hutchinson. She was a lifetime 
resident here.

She was a member of the First Christian Church; VFW Auxiliary.

Survivors are the widower; daughter: LaVonne-Myree Parmley, 14 East 10th; son: 
Roland Clayton Parmley, Topeka; sisters: Mrs. Myrtle Stanley, Great Bend; Mrs. Lola 
Ryan, 900 East 11th; one grandchild.

Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Elliott Chapel; Rev. Vern Greenhalgh. Burial will 
be in Fairlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday at the Chapel.
