SCHUYLERVILLE - Carol J. Huber, 70, a resident of Schuylerville Manor, died 
Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005, at Saratoga Hospital. 

 Born April 11, 1935, in Bacon Hill, she was the daughter of Ernest and Eleanor Boyce 
Coffinger. 

 Carol was a member of the Schuylerville United Methodist Church. She was a former 
employee of Sulli's Market in Schuylerville. For many years, she was a baker at 
Schuylerville Central School Cafeteria. She also worked in the food services 
department at Wilton Developmental Center. 

 She enjoyed gardening, crocheting blankets for Head Start, family and friends. She 
was a great jokester and story teller, and was noted as a great cook and baker. 

 In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Ernest Coffinger Jr. 

 Survivors include her children, Bruce Huber and his wife, Patricia, of Sale Creek, 
Tenn., Brian Huber and his wife, Jean, of Schuylerville, and Shelly Huber-Smith of 
Brattleboro, Vt.; three brothers, Richard Coffinger of Gansevoort, Thomas Coffinger of 
Clarks Mills, and John Coffinger of Bacon Hill; two sisters, Sandra Vaughn of Hudson 
Falls and Janice Garrison of Capon Bridge, W.Va.; five grandsons: David, Scott, 
William and Wesley Huber, and Tyler Smith; and several nieces and nephews. 

 Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18, at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral 
Home, 13 Gates Ave., Schuylerville. 

 A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday at Schuylerville United Methodist 
Church, with the Rev. Bonnie Bates officiating. 

 Schuyler Hose Co. and Auxiliary will meet at the funeral home on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. 

 Burial will be at the convenience of the family in the Bacon Hill Cemetery.
