MILLIS - Audrey H. (Heutis) Smith of Millis died Saturday evening, Dec. 29, 2012, at 
the Genesis Health Care in Milford after a lengthy illness. She was 89. The daughter 
of the late Warren A. Sr. and Florence (Lovely) Heutis, she was born, raised and 
educated in Dedham, graduating with Dedham High School, Class of 1941. She was a 
resident of Millis since 1960, moving there from Medfield. 

 A warm and friendly woman, she took great pleasure in doing things for others, she 
loved being with her grandchildren, friends and family and enjoyed music, knitting and 
sewing. 

 Mrs. Smith was a past Worthy Matron of the Quinobequin Chapter 67 Order of the 
Eastern Star, West Medway and a past Noble Grand of the Rosalie Rebekah Lodge, 
also in West Medway. 

 Mrs. Smith was predeceased by her husband, Philip Hale Smith; her daughter, Gladys 
E. DesRoches; her sister, Alice McFetridge; and her brothers, Walter and Warren A. 
Jr. Heutis. 

 She is survived by her daughter, Rachel F. Lavin and her husband, Jim; and her 
sons, Philip H. Smith Jr. and his wife, Bonnie, of Millis, Warren A. Smith of Mansfield 
and George D. Smith and his wife, Carlene, of Proctor, Vt. She is also survived by her 
six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. 

 Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend funeral services in celebration 
of Audrey's life Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at 1 p.m., at the Chapel of the Roberts-
Mitchell Funeral Home, 15 Miller St., Medfield. Interment will follow in Prospect Hill 
Cemetery in Millis. Visiting hours are Tuesday, Jan. 1, from 2 to 6 p.m.

Care and Rehab. (formerly Sunbridge) Patient's Activity Fund, 10 Veteran's Memorial
