Elizabeth Hannahs Todd Elizabeth "Diddy" was born May 2, 1918 in Kenosha, 
Wisconsin to Fred and Natalie Hannahs. She passed August 22, 2008 at the age of 
90. She is survived by her brother Frederic Hannahs III, children Natalie (Bill) 
Whitcomb and Frederic (Sandy) Todd and grandchildren Catlin, Mason, Clark and 
Taylor. Elizabeth attended Kemper Hall boarding school in Kenosha and Rollins 
College in Winter Park, FL. In 1965 she relocated her family to Tiburon, CA and 
pursued her masters in Library Science from UCSF. She worked as a librarian in 
several Marin County Schools, retiring from Marin Catholic High School at the age of 
73. Elizabeth will not only be remembered for her great love of books and reading but 
also for her grand sense of humor, tenacity, quick wit and love and kindness towards 
her family, friends and pets. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the 
Marin County associations of the The Humane Society and Hospice By the Bay.
