 He was born Feb. 14, 1923, in Childress to the late Clarence and Artie Lipsey. He 
was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma; and brothers, JW, Everett, Raymond Lipsey 
 Survivors: Son, Larry Lipsey and wife, Terry; granddaughters, Kellie Wolfe and 
husband, Ray, Crystal Engram and husband, Brian; and three great-grandchildren.
