Barbara Clarice Kalk, age 69, a resident of De Queen, AR died Monday, January 7, 
2008 at her home. 

She was born October 4, 1938 in Anaheim, CA to Manuel and Jewel Marcella Ferry 
Page. She was a homemaker and enjoyed working in her lawn and garden. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas James Kalk. 

She is survived by two daughters, Marya McCormack of De Queen and Sara Harris of 
Casper, Wyoming; six grandchildren, Chandler Pogue, Randi Pogue, Casey Pettit, 
Montana Pettit, Kaley Pettit and Kylie Pettit; two sons, Ron Pettit and Randy Pettit of 
Ramona, CA; two brothers, Dale Page of San Francisco, CA and Sonny Page of Santa 
Barbara, CA; and her mother Jewel Ewing of San Diego, CA. 

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2008 at her home, 
321 N. 6th St. in De Queen. Everyone is welcome.
