Hurd, 77 of Rockford and Fort Myers Beach, Fla., died Dec. 5, 2005, in Kennestone 
Hospital, Marietta, Ga. Born June 10, 1928, the daughter of Michael and Alice 
Blascoe. Wife of Kenneth Hurd; he died Jan. 26, 1984. She was a lifelong Chicago 
Cubs fan and lover of all sports. Millie spent many enjoyable years in Fort Myers 
Beach. Also predeceased by loving sister, Marian Blascoe; brother, Daniel Blascoe; 
and sister-in-law, Miriam Sue Blascoe. Survivors include her daughters, Linda Acardo 
of Rockford, Nancy Buice (Howard) of Acworth, Ga. ; and son David Hurd (Kimberly) 
of Winnebago; special grandchildren, Jennifer McEllen of Rockford, and Adrian and 
Kenny Hurd, both of Winnebago. Seaside memorial service to be at Fort Myers Beach.
