Helen "Bea" Hopkins Youngs of Escalon died at Bethany Home, Ripon.

Mrs. Youngs was a native of India and lived in Escalon 45 years. 

She was a homemaker and an active member of Escalon Presbyterian Church. 

She enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting and volunteering.

She is survived by her children, Henry David Youngs of Clovis, Richard Mark Youngs 
of Escalon, Patricia Margaret Weaver of Manteca and Paul Francis Youngs of 
Portland, Ore.; sister, Pam Newman of England; and eight grandchildren and seven 
great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Youngs.

Visitation from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Deegan Funeral Chapel. 

Burial will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Burwood Cemetery. 

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Escalon Presbyterian Church.

Remembrances may be made to Escalon Presbyterian Church, 1612 First St., Escalon 
95320; or Escalon Ambulance, P.O. Box 212, Escalon 95320.
