Larson, Ronald William, age 62, of Stillwater, formerly of Hudson, died suddenly at 
home on Friday, April 16, 1999, He was born in Trent, S.D., on July 28, 1936. He 
graduated with his Bachelor's Degree from Dakota State, and received his Master's 
Degree from the University of South Dakota. He retired after 27 years of service at 
3M. He was a natural born teacher and was a volunteer tutor at Oakland Jr. High on a 
regular basis. He found much joy in his family, home and his faith. His many other 
interests included bird watching, woodworking, fishing, bowling, reading, walking, 
traveling, and was a sports enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 
years, Marge, and his father, Lester. He was a wonderful husband, father and 
grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of 5 years, Maureen; children, Lori 
Armkbruster & husband Dennis of North Hudson, Joel & wife Joy of Hudson, Holly 
Gilbert & husband Brian of Chattenooga, Tennessee, Kevin Erickson & wife Diane of 
Bloomington, MN, Kristin Spangrud & husband Mark of Chanhassen, MN; 
grandchildren, Breanne, Emily, McKinsy, Madeline, Connor, Carlie, Erik, and Katie; 
mother, Bernice Larson of Madison, South Dakota; brothers, Bill & wife Karen of 
Pipestone, MN, Jim & wife Katherine of Sioux Falls, SD; sisters, Dianne Christensen & 
husband Don of Tracy, MN, Marianne Beyer & husband Wayne of Bayport, Joanne 
Brown & husband Rick of Maplewood; many nieces and nephews. Services Tuesday 
April 20 at 10 AM at CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH, 11194 36th St North, Lake Elmo, 
MN. Interment Willow River Cemetery Hudson, WI. Vistation will be Monday 4 to 8 PM 
at BRADSHAW, 6061 North Osgood at Highway 36, Stillwater, and 1 hour prior to the
