Barbara L. Wells, 77, of Sebring, died April 16, 2005, in Sebring. 
Born in Battle Creek, Mich., she had been a resident of Sebring since 2003, coming 
from Naples. She was a homemaker and had worked for Sears & Roebuck Corp. for 
about 10 years in advertising. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sebring. 
Survivors include her husband, Howard O.; son, Tyler of Ukiah, Calif.; daughter, 
Joanne Leatherman of Battle Creek, Mich.; six grandchildren; and three great-
grandchildren. 
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. today at First Baptist Church in Sebring, with Dr. 
Jim Henry officiating. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Stephenson-
Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring.
