On Friday, February 28th 2014, beloved Husband and Father Roger John Nutt passed 
away at St. Joseph's hospital in Tacoma Washington at the age of 49. He is preceded 
in death by his Father Larry Nutt, and Brother Leslie Nutt. He is survived by his Wife 
Daphne Ann Nutt (nee Countryman), children Jacob Newberg, Larry Nutt, and Michelle 
Nutt, and his mother Rosalie Nutt (nee Divelbiss). 
	Roger was born into his Father and Mother, Larry and Rosalie Nutt on March 
31st, 1964. He and his older brother, the late Leslie Nutt grew up in Puyallup and 
Federal Way, Washington. He was baptised under the catholic church. 
	His father was often working, sometimes being away from home for months. 
He always wished he could spend time with his dad, and whenever he had the 
chance, Roger loved doing things together with him. They went on hunting and fishing 
trips, and rode dirtbikes together. 
	Even though Roger was never fond of school, he stuck with it, and 
graduated from Federal Way High School in 1982. He would later go on to further his 
education.
	While living with Rosalie, Roger met Daphne Countryman in 1996. They 
soon became very close, and got married on Valentines Day of 1999. Roger looked 
after Daphne's son Jacob as his own, and eventually fathered two children, Larry in 
1997, and Michelle in 2001. 
	He always tried to make sure he was home after school so that he could 
spend time with his kids. Whenever he did something, he wanted to do it with his 
family. 
	Later, he he attended Clover Park Technical College to pursue a career as 
an electrician and soon earned a degree and became certified in low voltage. He 
worked on many things, including alarm systems and fire alarms. 
	Roger began having heart problems very suddenly. After discovering how 
healthy he had been, doctors looked closely and discovered a birth defect in his 
heart. Though he battled with it for a short while, he was taken away from us 
unexpectedly. It is his family's hope that his death will help future patients with his 
condition.
