A Mass of Christian Burial for H. Arnold Allen, 73, a retired industrial engineer at 
Harrison Division, General Motors Corp., will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday in St. 
Stephen's Catholic Church, 19 Vernon St. 

 Prayers will be said at 9:30 in Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St. 
Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, West Shelby. 

 A Town of Hartland native, he died Monday (Aug. 30, 1993) in Medina Memorial 
Hospital. 

 Allen was a World War II Army veteran and a member of St. Stephens' Church. He 
held several offices with the Shelby Volunteer Fire Company and was active with the 
Boy Scouts in the Medina area. 

 Surviving are his wife, Dolores M.; a son, Richard of Youngstown; a daughter, Donna 
Lee of California; a brother, Clifford; and two grandchildren.
