John D Dickmeyer, 77, of Fort Wayne died Wednesday in Lutheran Hospital. The Fort 
Wayne native retired as controller for Huntington Farm Bureau Co-op and was a 
member of Trinity English Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Catherine; a 
daughter, Catherine L. Dennon of Columbia, Mo.; a son, John N. of Fort Wayne; 
sisters, Doris Schafer of Fort Wayne and Elizabeth Kelley of Birmingham, Mich.; a 
brother, Frank E. of Fort Wayne; and four grandchildren. Services will be private. 
Arrangements are by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes. Memorials are to the Allen 
County Public Library or the church.
