He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (nee Chabra); children, Robert M., David A., and 
Bonnie Farah; grandmother of four; great-grandmother of four; and sister, Josephine 
Sanderson. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Devera Black; and brother 
Theodore Black. 

Date and place of services to be announced and burial in New London to be 
determined.
