1943 ~ 2010

Charleen Mae Henderson Krawchuk, age 66, of Orem, passed away April 2, 2010. She 
was born July 3, 1943 in Provo, UT, daughter of Charles Marion and Dorothy Ellen 
Branstetter Henderson.

Char was a dedicated psychiatric nurse and worked at the Utah State Hospital and 
Prison, the Wasatch Mental Health Center and the AF Developmental Center. She was 
a long time member of the St. Francis Catholic Church. Char enjoyed reading, making 
afghans, collecting angels, nurses angels, figurines, refrigerator magnets, salt & 
pepper shakers and Tweety birds. She was a loving mother and grandmother with a 
heart of gold.

Survivors include her four children: John (Crystal) Forbes of Orem, Chuck Forbes of 
Lehi, Danette (Robert) Ballinger of Provo and Robert Blackburn of Houston, TX. She 
is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, whom she loved with 
all her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters Ilene and Mitsy.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Francis 
Catholic Church, 65 East 500 North, Orem. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 
to 8 p.m at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 S. State St., Orem and also one hour 
prior to the services at the church on Thursday. Interment will be in the Orem City 
Cemetery.
