RIPA, JR., NUNCIE A., 56, of Rosedale section of Winslow Township, died Sunday, 
October 20, 2002 at University of Penn. Hospital. Born in Hammonton, he was an area 
resident all his life. He was a graduate of Edgewood High School, class of 1965, and 
owned and operated Nuncie A. Ripa Excavating for 17 years. He was a member of 
Winslow Twp. Fire Co., Hammonton Exchange Club, Aircraft Owner and Pilot 
Association, USS Battleship NJ and Tin Can Sailors Organization. 

Surviving is his mother Anna (Rodio) Ripa; one sister, Arlene R. Fortunato, both of 
Rosedale; his niece Ashley Anne Fortunato; and girl friend, Marie Scoglio of 
Hammonton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing, Thursday, 6:30 
p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. Third St., 
Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday 9:30 a.m., St. Joseph Church. Interment 
Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Hammonton.
