student at National Boarding School in Avellino, then Rome at the Military College, 
classmate was Umberto di Savoia. Graduated in law 13 Jul 1926
Lived in Atripalda, did forensic work, appointed by military occupation authorities as 
Civil Commissioner in Serino. Candidate for Senate in Avellino 1948, not elected. 
Appointed president of liberal party in Irpinia, in May 1952 elected Provincial Councilor 
in Serino-Solofra-Montoro assembly. Elected to provincial government, councilor for 
personnel 1952-56. Founding member of Irpina Filoviaria Co. 1947, its director for a 
long time, mayor 1948-1952, Commissioner of ECA of Atripalda, president of that city's 
school patronage. Decree of 27 Dec 1960 mae him Officer of the Republic and in 
1965, Commander.
