from the ww2 draft reg for a William James Ziccardi at a different address and a 
different birthdate, William P is not the one who married a Helen per the 1940 census. 
Grass Fam Tree says he married Helen Cirino, and per Pa Death Cert for William James 
Ziccardi, William James Ziccardi is the son of Vincent and Bertha, and is a police 
officer. He apparently is the one who married Helena Szczurek in Phila in 1940
There is a William P Ziccardi in the 1940 census, suitcase maker, married to a Helen, 
with four children, so why would he put his sister and not his wife as the person who 
would know his address? Cannot find a marriage record for William P Ziccardi or for a 
Helen Cirino
