Mario C Tedeschi 96 of Renaissance, Manchester died Thursday August 22, at 
Community Medical Center, Toms River surrounded by his loving family. Born in Serino, 
Italy, he came to the US at the age of 12, residing in Paterson. He was employed for 
35 years in the textile industry. He then owned and operated the Norge Dry Cleaners & 
Laundromat, Englewood for 20 years. He then owned and operated Mar-Ted Inc a 
distributor of Thumanns products. He was a parishioner of St John's Church, 
Lakehurst. He was an avid golfer, birdwatcher and Yankees fan. He is predeceased 
by his wife of 68 years, Clara Tedeschi, 3 brothers, Arthur, Nicholas, and Michael 
Tedeschi, and a grandson, Vinny Martucci. Surviving are 3 daughters and their 
husbands, Lee Ann and George Betar of Toms River, Nanette and Tom DiPetrello of 
Whiting, Claire and Cliff Graziano of Rockaway, a sister, Mary Dominianni of Little 
Falls, 6 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation is Sunday 1-5:00 pm at 
Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Rd, Manchester. Funeral Liturgy is Monday 
10:00 am at St John's Church, Lakehurst with entombment to follow at St Joseph's 
Cemetery, Toms River. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to either the Van 
Dyke Hospice, 99 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755 or to St John's Scholarship 
Fund, 619 Chestnut Street, Lakehurst, NJ 08733.
