Longtime Collingdale resident

Mamie A. "Mae" Cirino Frigo, 78, a longtime resident of Collingdale, died April 1 at 
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby.



Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Frigo was a graduate of Overbrook High School. She lived 
in Collingdale for 50 years after moving from West Philadelphia.

She worked 11 years for the government, and was also a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Collingdale and a den mother for the Boy 
Scouts. Mrs. Frigo was the president of Collingdale Women's Auxiliary I Fire Co., and 
was an avid reader who also enjoyed gardening and league bowling.

Survivors: Husband of 56 years, Mario A. Frigo brothers, Joseph Cirino, Raymond 
Cirino son, Joseph M. Frigo of Collingdale daughters, Janet M. Greeley of Glenolden, 
Marianne F. Herring of Cary, N.C., Barbara A. Frigo of Collingdale 10 grandchildren.

Mass: 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Church, 500 Woodlawn Ave., Collingdale.

Visitation: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. Wednesday at O'Leary Funeral Home, 640 
E. Springfield Road, Springfield.

Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Marple.
