Frank Fortuna, 71, of Morton Grove, died July 8 at his residence. 

Survivors include son Frank, daughters Angela Brownlee and Nicole, and a 
grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife Stella. 

Visitation was July 11 at Simkins Funeral Home in Morton Grove. Funeral Mass was 
celebrated July 12 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Glenview. Interment was in All 
Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
