Helen (Furgione) Capri of Delanco, passed away peacefully Monday, June 12, 2017, 
at the Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly. She was 94. 

Helen was born in Rosedale, N.J., she attended Hammonton High School, Class of 
1940 and the Maison De Paris Beauty School in Camden, N.J. She moved to Beverly 
in 1946 after the war. Helen was a member of the 'greatest generation." Helen was 
married to World War II Paratrooper Angelo Capri of Hammonton for 63 years until his 
passing in 2006. 

She was a member of St. Joseph's Alter Rosary Society. She had a love of life, family, 
travel and quilting. 

She was the beloved mother of Ann Zecher and her husband, Brian of Lambertville, 
N.J., Patricia Capri of Delanco, and Samuel Capri and his wife, Louise of Mt. Laurel. 
She is also survived by her sister, Alice Bastien of Gloucester, N.J.; her in-laws, 
Carmen Capri of Vincentown, Albert and Flossie Capri of Southampton, Joyce and 
Harvey Wilson of Burlington Township; and also 10 grandchildren and 14 great-
grandchildren. 

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at 
the Sacred Heart Church, Ferry Avenue, Camden, N.J., where a Mass of Christian 
Burial will be held 1 p.m. Thursday. Private inurnment will take place on Friday at the 
Beverly National Cemetery. 

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family requests memorial donations to the 
Sacred Heart Catholic School, 1739 Ferry Ave., Camden, NJ 08104, the Medford-
Vincentown Rotary Club, P.O. Box 365, Medford, NJ 08055 or to Samaritan Hospice, 5
