MATTHEW V. NERI, SR., 84, of Atlantic City, died Wednesday at Our Lady's 
Residence in Pleasantville.

Mr. Neri was a chef and baker in the Atlantic City area. He was also a supervisor and 
instructor for M.D.T.A. Skills Program of New Jersey. 

He was a Eucharist minister at St. Michael's Church in Atlantic City. 

Surviving are a son, Matthew V. Jr. of Miami Beach, Fla.; and two daughters, Marylee 
and Gloria of Atlantic City. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael's Church, 
Mississippi Ave., Atlantic City, where friends may call from 10 a.m. Burial will be in 
Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing. 

Arrangements are by John Gormley Funeral Home, Atlantic City.
